MotherRoots is a Postpartum Doula Care Service, for new Moms and their families. 

Having a new baby is a profound event, one that requires support, advice and assistance to aid in the transition to a new family.  We are about building a solid foundation for your new family,  by adding an extra pair of hands to your home at a time when you need it the most!   Trained in postpartum adjustment,  newborn characteristics, care, feeding and development, and the promotion of parent-infant bonding, we are knowledgeable in supporting families through your postpartum experience.   We are available to help you whether you need a friendly ear, breastfeeding advice, help with household tasks, parenting tips, or just an uninterrupted nap!

We are happy to serve Dufferin County, including Orangeville, Shelburne, Hornings Mills, Dundalk, Grand Valley and Arthur.  We will also be happy to travel to surrounding areas, including Alliston and Simcoe County, Caledon and Peel County, Erin, Hillsburgh, and Belfountain, as well as Bellwood, Fergus, Elora and parts of Wellington County.  Traveling north to the Grey Bruce area is also possible...weather permitting of course!
