A little about Me:

My name is Jenn, and I am the proud mother of one very busy little boy, whom we welcomed into our family in the fall of 2006.  My wonderful husband, the wee one, one crazy dog and I live on a little acreage outside of Shelburne Ontario. 

My own postpartum experience, as well as the experiences of a number of close friends around me, left me searching for answers, and wondering why there was so little help for Postpartum Moms and Families, at a time when I felt we needed it the most.  We had been so well cared for, for the previous 9 months, and now, with a new baby and a thousand questions, we felt there were few places to turn.  This led me to the discovery of the Postpartum Doula profession, and I immediately felt that I had finally found my "calling" if you will. 

I welcome the opportunity to discuss with you your own individual needs.  I offer a free introductory meeting, so we can all decide if we're a "right fit."  Having a baby is a big event - you DESERVE a Doula!
